The Journey
My journey has been one of struggle and adversity, shaping me into the person I am today. As a former Registered Nurse, I encountered the harsh realities of PTSD and the loss of my sense of self. This journey wasn't just about facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and religious restrictions; it was a deep exploration of my soul.
In 2021, after experiencing the depths of PTSD and the shattering of my identity, I took a remarkable step. I birthed The Rebel Nurse as a response to my breakdown and loss of self. It's a space where my deepest pain and my journey towards healing intersect, radiating the possibility of solace to others walking a similar path.
The Purpose
My purpose is to be a guiding light, a beacon of hope amidst the shadows, for those who struggle to discover their own light. In my role as a spiritual healer, I am here to support women on their personal and spiritual journeys.
I stand beside them, empowering them to transform deeply, unearth their true desires, and embrace authenticity. My growth is ongoing, and my transformation runs deep.
Healing Methods
The holistic healing methods that I've found helpful on my journey consist of spiritualism, energy medicine, Reiki, chakra work, colour exploration, sound therapy, aromatherapy, yoga, crystals, astrology, intuition, meditation, visualization, Tarot and Oracle cards, and archetypal studies.These tools have shaped my journey and are now the cornerstone of The Rebel Nurse, woven into every aspect of the support I offer.
Incorporating My Practices
In my practice as a spiritual healer, I employ a variety of techniques to foster connection and healing. Utilizing life force energy, the law of attraction, and detailed work with chakras, I guide individuals through their transformational experiences. Directed intuitive exercises and creative activities are integral to strengthening the connection to one’s higher self, facilitating profound healing and self-mastery.
